How can yoga help heal trauma?

If this sounds like it might be right for your own situation I would encourage you to investigate local yoga classes. All teachers bring their own personality and style to the type of yoga they practise. I would encourage you to call and speak with the teacher, ask if their classes are suitable for beginners. Find a teacher that you connect with, someone who exudes warmth and compassion. If you do try a yoga class and it doesn’t feel right don’t loose heart, with so many classes available there will be out ot there that is just right for you.
